Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on&nbsp;Costco #643 RX Remodel - SW Bakersfield, CA

Scope of Work:&nbsp;Demolish entire Pharmacy and build new. Remove double egress doors, replace with a single door, infill CMU. All new light fixtures. Reuse existing RTU, replace and add new ducting. Relocate sink. New Fire Sprinklers and Fire Alarm with all design and permitting. Although phasing is shown, there will be no phasing&mdash;we will instead build the temporary space for Costco on the 1st night of construction; temp space shown in Detail 11 on A503.3. Costco will work out of this temp space for the entire duration of construction. All day work, except for the demolition at the beginning and end of the job, and the temp space construction that 1st night of construction. For the temp space: build with metal studs, plywood on the interior walls and above deck, drywall on the exterior walls. Tape joints only. Relocate existing glass sliders. Relocate casework as shown. HVAC to duct in air from the existing RTU, Electrical to provide temp power to about 8 workstations, Fire 
Sprinkler to provide drops inside the 32&rsquo;x6&rsquo; covered space.
