I first encountered him on Nebraska and Bundy with his dog. I crossed the
street to avoid conflict and then I encouraged him again on Missisipy and
federal he would not move to the side, he literally walked thru my dogs and
kick them acting like he did not see them. I am pretty big myself for him n=
p
to see him. =F0=9F=98=A1 I think some people are rude and feel like they sh=
ould have to
cross streets to avoid dog conliflicts. He is a white guy and I will recogn=
ize
him next time.
