I know some folks might see this as ungrateful or whiny, but I just feel
constantly cranky, negative, and dejected these days.  I already know how t=
he
world tends to bring me down in general, but I can't seem to snap out of it
this time around. My current financial issues, grief from losing my grandma=
 to
an aggressive cancer last November, general societal issues, navigating the
pressures of young adulthood while also being neurodivergent and having
emotionally unsupportive immigrant parents, and simultaneously trying to
manage my mental and physical health in this toxic world, and so on are all
just getting to me in such intense way  that I can't shake. You get how it =
is.
I don=E2=80=99t even know why I=E2=80=99m posting this, to be honest. There=
=E2=80=99s no solution for
most of what I listed, but if anyone has ideas for the financial side of
things, I=E2=80=99d really appreciate it.  Anyways, thanks for listening. =
=F0=9F=98=9E I have a
therapist, but I just thought it would be good to also hear outside
perspectives.  *Please refrain from any rude comments, I=E2=80=99m already =
aware that
other people could have more horrific situations than me*
