Demo will include full removal of the existing restroom, sawcutting for new waste connections and new exterior door opening in CMU, and removal of some landscaping for a new exterior pad. Concrete pourback at the waste trench and new walk-out pad. Metal stud framing for two single occupant restrooms. Fleet restroom with exterior entry only will receive 14ga security barrier in walls and metal decking at the lid. Fleet restroom will receive full height FRP and sealed concrete while single occupant restroom will receive wall tile and epoxy flooring. Hardlid ceiling in both. Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #643 Fleet Restroom- SW Bakersfield, CA.
