Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on&nbsp;Costco #643 Fleet Restroom- SW Bakersfield, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;This project includes the demolition of an existing single occupant restroom inside Costco to construct a new fleet restroom with exterior entry only and replace the existing single occupant restroom. Demo will include full removal of the existing restroom, sawcutting for new waste connections and new exterior door opening in CMU, and removal of some landscaping for a new exterior pad. Concrete pourback at the waste trench and new walk-out pad. Metal stud framing for two single occupant restrooms. Fleet restroom with exterior entry only will receive 14ga security barrier in walls and metal decking at the lid. Fleet restroom will receive full height FRP and sealed concrete while single occupant restroom will receive wall tile and epoxy flooring. Hardlid ceiling in both. Both restrooms to receive exhaust fans, fire sprinklers, and fire alarm devices. DF&amp;H and electrical fixtures to be supplied by Costco. Steel lintel/angle wrap at the new exterior door opening.
 Painted walls on the interior warehouse side with 1x3 top of wall trim and 2x8 cart rail with FRP between cart rail runs. Repair/replace existing countertops at adjacent hearing aid center &amp; reconfigure section of interior chain-link fence for new restrooms. Epoxy flooring by Costco vendor.

Bids due: 10/16/25 at 10AM.
