Scope of Work:&nbsp;Build new exterior fleet restroom. Sawcut and remove existing asphalt for new slab on grade and door landing. Sawcut for new waste line connection. New ADA path of travel and ADA stall &ndash; striping. New ADA signage. Framing new restroom. Install owner provided span panels. New TPO roof. New restroom plumbing fixtures. New toilet accessories. FRP panels inside the walls. Fire sprinkler and fire alarm connections.
