Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #686 Fleet Restroom- Montclair, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;Build new interior fleet restroom. Sawcut and remove concrete for new waste line connection. Sawcut and remove sidewalk for new door landing. Sawcut and remove CMU block for new door opening. Install new steel angles at new door opening. Framing new restroom. New restroom plumbing fixtures. New toilet accessories. FRP panels inside the walls. New exhaust fan. Install owner provided fixtures, provide power to new water heater, convenience receptacles, exhaust fan, and faucet. Fire sprinkler and fire alarm connections.

Bids due: 10/10/25 at 10AM.
