Scope of Work: 1 story shell building commercial suites with trellis/paseo and parking, and trash enclosure. These plans are for Phase 1 only which will include the following trades. Electrical and Plumbing for safe off for demo. Site Utilities, Grading, Surveying, Temp Power and Demolition.&nbsp;

There will be a JOB WALK for this project on 9/9/25 at 9:00 AM please confirm if your team plans on attending.
