								Harvey General Contractors would to like to invite your team to bid on Costco #122 Fleet Restroom- Tustin, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;Convert existing Tire Install restroom to new Fleet Restroom and build new Tire Install restroom adjacent. Converted restroom will have the door infilled with a new door installed at the CMU envelope CMU. Remove wall/floor tile, remove drywall to studs. Both restrooms will have polished slab, FRP on the walls, and painted hardlid. On the outside, the new concrete door landing will meet the existing sidewalk immediately per architectural plans&mdash;ignore the site work detailed on Civil sheets.

Bids due 9/17/25 at 10AM.
