Beware of this woman. I am walking my small, well-behaved dog up Moreno,
listening to someone on the phone. The funny thing is I'm not on the phone =
a
lot, but that doesn't matter. This woman with the red hair was 10 feet away
from me, it sounded like screaming at her dog. But as I was about to pass h=
er,
she looked my way and screamed, "pick up your dog! I can't handle her. "And
that's when she let the leash go on her white lab, who ran past me, no
problem. The woman then said snidely, "of course you're too busy."   The wo=
man
is clearly not well. The dog seems to be in better shape than her, but I wi=
ll
certainly look out for them both, and want my dog neighbors to look out too=
.
What the woman couldn't know by looking at me is I have major orthopedic
issues, and I'm not able to bend and pick up my dog as quickly as it looks
like I could, phone or not lol! Be safe.
