Looking only for a solution, please!  A homeless guy created a scene and wa=

on our porch for 50 minutes last night. The FILTH we had to scour this morn=
ing
was disgusting. I  In addition, the same guy did worse for over 1 hour at o=
ur
next-door neighbor's front porch and front yard area.  We did call 911 afte=
r
he was at our home and BEFORE going to our neighbor's house.  911 told us h=
e
refused help and NOTHING they can do.  This situation is getting out of
control. What, if anything, can the WLA community do to get real assistance
from our City with this problem? Please take into consideration that this
could occur on your street too.  Thank you for recommending any resolution =
