29 we ordered an Uber to take us from the 1900 block of North Beverly Dr. B=
HPO
to a location not too far away. We received a confirmation from Uber and a
text that said our driver would be "here in 13" minutes. The driver never
showed up however we were charged for  different trip. Tried texting and
calling the number of the driver with no success. Went on Reddit/Google and
found out that there are 'Uber scams"  like this one where they scam Uber i=
nto
paying them for a phantom/fake trip. It is impossible to reach anyone at Ub=
er.
How can a company  like Uber make a fortune in the USA and have no customer
service. They list an email address however they do not reply to anything. =
Do
we call the FTC or does anyone on ND have any ideas or been scammed before.=
 It
is so unfair for anyone to have to pay for a service they did not receive.
