Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on&nbsp;Costco #627 Membership Remodel-Fontana, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;This project includes the remodel of the existing membership and returns area within Costco. Demolition will include the removal of the existing membership and returns casework, which will be utilized as a temporary membership and temporary returns area near the front of the store while they are under construction, then to be removed once the project is complete. The temporary membership and returns casework will require temporary power and data (data to be setup by Costco). The existing furred wall at membership will be repainted and have composite cart rail, FRP, and 1x3 top of wall trim installed. New membership and returns signage will be hung on the furred wall. New metal stud framing and drywall for the bump out beyond the fire alarm panel is to match the existing furred wall finish. New membership and returns casework to be installed (furnished by Costco). Power and data to run through new membership and returns casework and underground between casework s
ections. Sawcutting and concrete pourback will be needed at the underground electrical trenches between casework sections. Wall framing and casework to receive new rubber base. Membership and returns area to receive polished concrete to match adjacent slab. Nightwork for sawcutting, concrete polishing, and setup/demo of the temporary membership and returns casework. All other work can be completed during normal business hours.
