								Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #781 Fleet Restroom- Chula Vista, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;This project will convert the existing receiving restroom and storage room into a new fleet restroom, receiving restroom, and storage room. Restrooms to receive new sealed concrete slab, FRP full height, and restroom accessories and fixtures. Restrooms to receive metal decking above with painted hardlid ceiling. New storage room is to match existing finishes. Fleet restroom entry from the exterior to receive steel lintel and angle. New concrete pad walkoff at exterior. Water and waste to be pulled from existing nearby. Power to run from existing electrical panel inside. Both restrooms to receive new exhaust fans. Fire sprinkler and fire alarm work per NRG specifications and local code.

Bids due: 11/8/24 at 10AM
