So I=E2=80=99m dealing with some scary neighbors so I changed my name on he=
re. My
downstairs neighbors have bought this ceiling vibrator device that vibrates=
 my
floors and makes me queasy and gives me headaches. I have no peace in my ho=
me
and at night, they crank it up so my bed is shaking so much I can=E2=80=99t=
 sleep. My
dog doesn=E2=80=99t have anywhere to lay down and is so anxious. I know how=
 insane
this all sounds but plenty of people have been victims to this (can Google =
to
see). The scary neighbors are also using a thermal detector to see where I =
am
in my home and then aim their ceiling vibrator for that spot. When I=E2=80=
=99m home, I
am pretty sedentary so they=E2=80=99ve mostly just had it directly under me=
 as I sat
on my couch, vibrating and doing hard clicks against my ceiling which cause
muscle twitches that continue even after the vibrations stop. They are
literally terrorizing me. So I wanted to see if a) anyone has a decibel rea=
der
I can borrow and b) anyone has dealt with this and were able to resolve it
successfully or has suggestions on how to do so. Thank you so much!!! I am =
at
my wit=E2=80=99s end and I can=E2=80=99t move now. I may have to take legal=
 action, file a
