About two months ago, I saw a person in Ralphs with their dog. Now I see th=
at
this happens on a fairly regular basis.   Now people will see others with
their dogs in Ralphs, they=E2=80=99ll feel free to bring their dogs grocery=
 shopping
with them.  It won=E2=80=99t matter to dog owners, but it=E2=80=99s against=
 the law in
California: In California, it is illegal to bring a pet dog into a grocery
store. This is based on California=E2=80=99s Health and Safety Code, which =
prohibits
live animals in food facilities.  Unfortunately, that won=E2=80=99t stop ot=
her people
from doing it, but you can=E2=80=99t have a functioning society where every=
one does as
they please and pays no attention to laws, rules, and regulations.   As for
the =E2=80=9Cservice dog=E2=80=9D argument, my sister trains service dogs, =
and it=E2=80=99s obvious to
me that all of the dogs I=E2=80=99ve seen in Ralphs so far aren=E2=80=99t s=
ervice dogs.
