								Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #748 Fleet Restroom- Cypress, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;This project is the addition of an interior restroom. Saw cutting is required for the demolition; to install a new door opening in the exterior wall and trenching for the new sewer connection. A new walkway is to be added to the exterior with truncated domes. Structural concrete is needed to infill the trenching on the interior. Asphalt will need to be patched for trenching on the exterior. The concrete will need to be polished. A steel lintel angle is to be installed around the new door opening in the exterior wall. Steel decking and 14 GA security barrier is to be installed as well as metal stud framing and gypsum wall board. A new exhaust fan is to be installed with an 8&rsquo;&rsquo; vent to roof as well as a transfer fan. A new 4&rsquo;&rsquo; sewer line will be installed and connected to an existing line on the exterior of the building. &nbsp;Paint is needed for the ceiling and interior, with FRP panels on the interior as well as rubber base.

Bids due: 7/30/25 at 10AM.
