The demolition includes hard and soft demo, with micro trenching that is to be infilled with Blue Bag RapidSet Concrete and an epoxy mortar topper. There will be 3 new optical consult rooms, a new optical office, and a new wall enclosing the existing MPU area. Sheet metal security barrier and metal decking will be installed In the MPU area. Insulation will be needed in all optical walls and ceiling. Include as well: Acoustical ceiling, cart rails, FRP, and stainless steel end guards and caps. There will be one new condensing unit installed on the roof along with a new 2’’ vent line. A glass sliding door is to be installed in the optical office.
