Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on&nbsp;Costco #781 Locker/Mezz &amp; Member Restrooms- Chula Vista, CA.

Scope of Work: This project includes a remodel of the existing 1st floor employee locker room and member restroom and janitors room as well as construction of a new mezzanine locker room above. Demo will remove finishes in the existing 1st floor employee locker room and member restrooms including select walls, casework, restroom fixtures, and accessories. Wall framing is to be metal stud with new wood stairs to the mezzanine above. Polished concrete at the 1st floor locker room with SVT flooring at the new mezzanine. Acoustical ceiling at the 1st floor locker room and 2nd floor private office. Restroom is to receive new wall tile, restroom fixtures, partitions, and accessories. Janitors room is to receive a new mop sink and full height FRP. Epoxy flooring in the member restrooms and janitors room to be by HTI. Light fixtures to be provided by Graybar and DF&amp;H to be provided by Kinship. New split system and transfer fan. Associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Fire sprin
