								Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #1110 Fleet Restroom- Huntington Beach, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;The project includes the construction of a new fleet restroom on the interior of Costco in the Tire Sales area. A GPR scan is needed before demo. The demo includes saw cutting CMU wall for new door as well as saw cutting the concrete for plumbing installation. The saw cuts for the plumbing must be filled back in with concrete and sealed. Some asphalt work will be needed. The bathroom will include some metal decking and angled steel around the saw cut CMU. The interior will have drywall work and FRPP. A new exhaust fan is to be installed and will tie into an existing vent. Doors to be provided by Kinship and lighting by Graybar. Electrical work is needed for outlets, water heater, and lights. Paint is to be applied on the ceiling and the exterior of the restroom. A final clean is required.

Bids due: 6/27/25 at 10AM.
