								Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #124 Locker Room Mezzanine- Vista, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;This project includes the demolition of the member bathroom, two quiet rooms, and the employee locker room space. A new bathroom is to be installed as well as new locker room, with an added mezzanine for locker room space. A new opening in the concrete wall will be cut for the new tire center entrance, some chain link fence will need to be removed. Two new condensing units will be added to the roof. The wet wall, as well as all demising walls, in the restroom will need to be demolished and constructed in a new location. Saw cutting will be required along with a GPR scan. Concrete will be poured at the saw cuts. A new set of wood stairs will be installed, along with some plywood on the walls in the bathroom. Porcelain tile is to be installed in the new restroom along with FRP at Vestibule. New Polymer floor at the restroom, rubber base is required in some rooms, SVT on the mezzanine floor. Steel strong backs and channels will be installed In the new tire center op
ening. Painting will be required as well as installation of an acoustic ceiling in a portion of the mezzanine.

Bids due: 6/25/25 at 10AM.
