Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #124 Pharmacy Remodel- Vista, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;This project includes the remodeling of an interior Costco Pharmacy. Most of the walls will be demolished, as well as an existing bollard. An existing bathroom will be demolished. The existing epoxy flooring will be removed, and the concrete below will be polished. SVT flooring will be added to professional services, as well as rubber base throughout the pharmacy.&nbsp; A new bollard is to be installed; a GPR scan is needed prior to core drilling. HSS posts will be needed, as well as metal decking above the new pharmacy Lab area where missing after the reconfiguration. New acoustical ceiling grid and tile &nbsp;will be installed throughout entire Rx. Demolish all HVAC at existing Rx except RTU and its supply duct, rework ducting and provide and install new diffusers/grilles/relief vents. Multiple doors will be added including one overhead door. The wall finishes include FRP, cart rails, and paint. Stainless steel corner guards and end caps are to be added. There
 will be multiple new windows added. The plumbing will tie into existing connections for waste, hot water, and cold water from the previous pharmacy bathroom. A new 2&rsquo;&rsquo; vent line is needed through the roof for the pharmacy sink. Please add alternate pricing for night work.&nbsp;
