Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #117 Pharmacy Remodel- Westlake Village, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;The project includes the remodeling of the current pharmacy inside Costco. The work will be completed in two separate phases, with some temporary walls constructed and demolished. The demo includes demolishing existing walls, sinks, and one bollard. Existing casework will be removed and used in the temporary lab space. Saw cutting for a new waste line is expected, as well as concrete to refill the cut. The concrete in the area will need polishing. The interior will have updated finishes. Two low wall steel posts are needed as well as some steel angle. Flooring includes rubber base as well as some SVT installed on top of concrete. SVT will be supplied by owner. Pharmacy to receive metal decking and acoustic ceiling. An overhead door is to be installed as well as some windows and frames. Doors to be provided by Kinship and lighting by Graybar. Electrical work is needed for outlets, water heaters, computers, and lights. Plumbing is needed for new sinks. Paint is to
 be applied on the walls. FRP will be mounted on some new walls.&nbsp;Final cleaning is required. MEP Sheets under &#39;Small Docs&#39; folder.&nbsp;
