								Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #122 Fleet Restroom- Tustin Ranch, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;The project includes the construction of a new fleet restroom on the interior of Costco. The new fleet restroom will be taking the place of an existing bathroom located inside the tire shop. &nbsp;A GPR scan is needed before demo. The demo includes saw cutting CMU wall for new door. Remove some existing landscaping on the exterior of the building for new sidewalk. A new slab will be poured on the exterior, as well as sealed concrete on the interior. The bathroom includes some metal decking and angled steel around the saw cut CMU. The interior will have drywall work, insulation, some plywood and FRPP. A new exhaust fan is to be installed and will penetrate the roof, requiring a dektite by span. Doors to be provided by Kinship and lighting by Graybar. Electrical work is needed for outlets, water heater, hand dryer and lights. Paint is to be applied on the ceiling and on the plywood. A final clean is required along with power washing on the exterior concrete. Some l
andscaping will be replaced post construction.

Bids due: 6/9/25 at 10AM.
