Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #1317 Fleet Restroom- Eastvale, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;The project includes the construction of a new fleet restroom on the interior of Costco. The new fleet restroom will be taking the place of an existing quiet room, which will be relocated adjacent to the new bathroom. &nbsp;A GPR scan is needed before demo. The demo includes saw cutting CMU wall for new door and underground trenching through locker room. Remove existing landscaping on the exterior of the building for new sidewalk. Concrete will be removed to tie in sewer to the interior of the building. A new slab will be poured on the exterior, as well as sealed concrete on the interior. The bathroom includes some metal decking and 14 GA in wall security barrier. The interior will have drywall work, insulation, replacing existing wood trim, and FRPP. A new exhaust fan is to be installed and will penetrate the roof, requiring a dektite by span. Doors to be provided by Kinship and lighting by Graybar. Electrical work is needed for outlets, water heater, hand dryer
 and lights. Paint is to be applied on the ceiling and inside the quiet room.&nbsp; A final clean is required along with power washing on the exterior concrete.
