1. New drive access. This project will require offsite and street work. Include traffic control for demolition work and traffic safety plan.

2. Demo contractor will be responsible for removal of debris in a safe and code compliant manner per city, state and county requirements.

&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Electrical contractor to include:

1.&nbsp;Sheets E-4 through E6 are for the venstar, surveyor and alarm. Please make sure to include all piping, low voltage, and additional items required to be installed by the electrical contractor. Everything on those pages is by the electrical contractor unless noted in the detail.

2.&nbsp;Provide temporary interior work lighting to be included in the proposal.

3. Provide labor and material to install Unistrut bracing for lighting and pipe runs where required.

4. Electrical contractor required to&nbsp;provide&nbsp;and install&nbsp;power poles&nbsp;to cash wraps, sales desks, managers office and all other power pole locations. The power poles can be bought through gray bar (please include them in your pricing).

5. Electrical contractor is responsible for wire from gear to transformer unless provided by utility company.

&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Plumbing contractor to include:

1. Water, sewer and gas will be required on this project, please make sure to include all piping required including any bracing and roofing support. Condensate piping is to be included in pricing draining to mop sink.

2. Please include the roof hydrant and yard hydrant in your proposal.

3. Plumbing contractor is responsible for connection to underground provided 5 feet from building.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

HVAC contractor to include:

1. Please review E sheets 4-6 detailing the required work to complete the HAVC installation of devices. To include low voltage to venstar and surveyor as well as any duct, smoke T-stat and key switches. HVAC contractor will provide and install material and labor for the above-mentioned.

2. HVAC contractor will be responsible for layout of new units.

3. HVAC contractor will provide and install any ducting, grills, wire not provided by AutoZone.

&nbsp;

Underground contractor to include:

1. Please see civil sheets detailing new utilities.

2. Provisions will be made to protect utility lines and services.

3. This project will require street work. Please provide repair of street and traffic control in your proposal for this portion of the work if required.

4. Provide labor and material to install new storm drains. Please refer to civil pages for details.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Concrete contractor to include:

1. This project contains an offsite drive approach and sidewalks.

2. Please include a traffic control and safety plan for this work.

3. Provide labor and material to install rebar and or mesh as required per structural pages.

4. Provide labor and material to install concrete, finish, saw cut, stego wrap, sand and base as required by structural and soils report.

5. Concrete to include flat work and footings for sidewalks, drive approach, concrete parking, building concrete, trash enclosure slab, switch gear slab, bike rack and monument sign slab as well as all flat work not listed above include offsite slab work where required.

6. Concrete subcontractor is responsible for wash out and removal of excess concrete.

&nbsp;

Masonry contractor to include:

1. Provide labor and material to install block building, trash enclosure, monument sign and any masonry not listed.

2. Provide labor and material to install rebar and mesh where required per structural.

3. Provide labor and material to tool finish the joints between block on interior and exterior.

4. Provide labor and material to grout all CMU where required.

5. Masonry contractor is responsible for wash out and removal of excess grout and CMU debris.

&nbsp;

Asphalt &ndash; Paving contractor to include:

1. There is offsite repair and work on this project. Please include them in your proposal.

2. include traffic control plan and safety plan for offsite and or street work.

3. Asphalt contractor is responsible for removal of excess debris left over from installation.

Roofing contractor to include:

1. Provide pricing for 60 mil Duralast roofing material per specs.

2. Include insulation board in proposal.

3. Provide and install roof hatch and Bilco handrail access system including ladder up assist attached to steel ladder(by others).

4. Include walk path were required at roof access and HVAC units.

5. Provide copping cape and down spouts.

6. Provide material and labor to install boots for penetrations by others.

&nbsp;

Framing and drywall contractor to include:

1.&nbsp;Installing all aluminum corner guards and access panels (not required by electrical or plumbing) per locations. Corner guards will be provided by PGC.

2.&nbsp;Backing in new walls for shelving, restrooms and drinking fountains. The backing for shelving on existing walls will be 1&rdquo; x 4&rdquo; wood secured to the wall or block wall as required.

3. Black iron or cold rolled steel in new walls per details. Clips to block and existing walls as required.

4. Provide and install 2 x wood material at parapet cap.

5. provide and install all plywood including fire treated plywood above restrooms and phone room.

6. Provide labor and material to frame exterior sign band, including plywood or Densglass as required for stucco/EFIS.
