Welcoming Stephen to the Production Team!

We are happy to welcome Stephen Cross to the team as a new Production Assoc= iate/Lathe Operator. Stephen began on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. 
Stephen had experience working at other wood facilities and had heard abo= ut Osborne Wood from others. 

“It is one of those companies y= ou hear about that once you join, you normally retire from there,” St= ephen shared. “When a position came up, I wanted to get my foot in th= e door.”

The experience Stephen had made him a great candidate= for the position, and he has proven to be a wonderful addition to the team= .

“Stephen is a great asset to Osborne Wood Products,” said Jason= Hubble, plant manager. “He has a strong aptitude for machine operati= on and woodworking, and he is using his skills to help us increase our capa= city and achieve impressive same day shipping results.” 

The past few months have gone well for Stephen, who noted se= veral positives about working with the company thus far.

“I en= joy working here. It is one of those jobs you don’t dread to wake up = to go to,” said Stephen. “I am excited to come to work each day= .”
