								Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #1205 Fleet Restroom- Woodland Hills, CA.

Scope of Work: This project includes the construction of a new fleet restroom inside the Costco Tire Sales area and adjacent to the existing tire center restroom. This Costco warehouse is part of a Westfield Shopping mall with dedicated mall parking. Demo will include relocation of existing roof ladder and sawcutting for new CMU door opening and waste trench. New door opening to receive (1) strongback. Interior to be metal stud framing with full height FRP at the interior and painted walls at the exterior. Metal decking with painted hardlid ceiling at the interior and 14GA security barrier in walls. Plumbing to tie into adjacent tire center restroom. New exhaust fan. Electrical to pull from nearest available panel. Fire sprinkler and fire alarms to be a deferred submittal. Existing mezzanine storage room above existing tire center restroom to be extended over new fleet restroom.

Bids due: 4/29/25 at 10AM.
