								Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on&nbsp;Costco #117 Fleet Restroom- Westlake Village, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;This project includes the construction of a new fleet restroom inside the Costco receiving area and adjacent to the existing receiving restroom. Demo should only include sawcutting for new opening in concrete tilt-up wall and trenching for underground waste to come from adjacent receiving restroom. New door opening to receive (1) strongback. Interior to be metal stud framing with full height FRP at the interior and painted walls FRP wainscot to match existing at exterior. Metal decking with a painted hardlid ceiling at the interior and 14GA security barrier in walls. Plumbing to tie into adjacent receiving restroom. New exhaust fan. Electrical to pull from nearest panel and to relocate existing pallet jack chargers in current location of new restroom. Fire sprinklers and fire alarms to be a deferred submittal.

Bids due: 4/29/25 at 10AM.
