Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #437 Optical Office & Kiosk- Northridge, CA.

Scope of Work: Slab scan approximately 1700 SF for new optical kiosk and office. Demo existing exam room and kiosk for phase 1. Sawcut for new electrical and plumbing trenches – no overcuts, diagonal cuts, only electric saw. Install new underground electrical and plumbing. Pour new concrete for plumbing trenches. Pour new CementAll and Armorhard topping at electrical trenches. Build new optical kiosk and part of optical office per phase 1. Demo remaining office per phase 2. Build rest of optical office per phase 2. Set up temporary optical kiosk and temporary walls for each phase.
