One Key terms and conditions: Vrbo update

Dear Andrew,

We're reaching out to inform you of an upcoming change to the One Key^™ terms and conditions¹. Specifically, we are updating the terms regarding how One Key operates on Vrbo.

Effective May 22, 2025, we will be changing the One Key earn rate for bookings made on Vrbo. The OneKeyCash earn rate for Vrbo eligible bookings² will change to an earn rate based on tier status. Platinum and Gold members will continue to earn 2%², Silver members will earn 1%². Blue members will no longer earn OneKeyCash on Vrbo bookings, however there are no changes to earning for bookings made on Expedia, and you can continue to use OneKeyCash on Vrbo as you do today.
