Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Replacement of finishes and kitchenettes at all existing rooms, tenant improvement at existing registration, housekeeping laundry area to accommodate case management offices, it is proposed to remove 22 parking stalls for providing mail boxes, bike racks, Dog park and community space for the residents.
