Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on&nbsp;Costco #454 Locker Mezz, MPU, Ante Rm, Vault, Offices &amp; Revo- Irvine, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;Demolition at the existing REVO, Storages, Offices, Ante, Vault, Restroom, MPU, and Mezzanine areas. Expand steel mezzanine structure over newly expanded Pharmacy Storage Room. Rework existing footprint of mezzanine to create a Locker Room #2 that expands into the footprint of the existing mezzanine Office 3. Beneath the mezzanine, convert a second Storage Room and a portion of the Vault to the new Locker Room #1, and convert the two side-by-side Offices adjacent the Vault to a single larger Office. Move REVO and MPU to new location between the stairs and the Hearing Aid Center (HAC).Includes: strapping and hold downs, plywood sheathing on first and second floors, framing wall connections to roof truss, and new light fixtures. Rework existing HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Sprinkler/Fire Alarm systems. The existing large HVAC units will be reused with reconfigured ducting.
