BREAK ROOM, TWO SINGLE OCCUPANCY RESTROOMS AND EXPANDING EXISTING OFFICE
SPACES. THE EXISTING BRIDGE STRUCTURE TO REMAIN AND MODIFIED PER PLANS. NEW
CONSTRUCTION WILL BE FOR THE OTHER AMENITIES WILL BE FRAMED USING MASONRY WALLS
AND COMBINATION OF STEEL MEMBERS. NEW INTERIOR WORK INCUDES FINISHES, LIGHTING,
HVAC AND PLUMBING FIXTURES. ADDITION AREA ARE TO SERVE EXISTING RESIDENTS OF
COVERED MULTIFAMILY DWELLINGS (CBC CHAPTER 11A).
