Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on&nbsp;Costco #690 Fleet Restroom- Laguna Niguel, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;This project will include construction of a new interior fleet restroom in the receiving area of Costco. This will include demolition of select walls of the existing receiving office to be converted into the new fleet restroom and storage room. Demo will also need to sawcut a new opening in the CMU wall for the exterior entrance into the fleet restroom, as well as sawcutting for the underground sewer connection and sawcutting for a new exterior walk-off pad. Walls for new fleet restroom are to be built in metal stud with 14ga security barrier in wall and metal decking at the lid. Interior of the new fleet restroom is to receive full height FRP and painted hardlid ceiling. Exterior of the new fleet restroom will match existing adjacent walls; the curb at the adjacent receiving restroom and electrical room will need to be extended to protect the walls of the new fleet restroom. New opening is to receive steel angle wrap and new door, frame, and hardware (provided 
by the owner). Associated mechanical, electrical, and plumber work as shown. Fire sprinklers and fire alarms are to be completed as a deferred submittal and will need to be modified to accommodate new fleet restroom and storage room. Restroom to receive new restroom accessories, sink, toilet, etc.

Bids due: 3/4/25 at 10AM.
