Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on&nbsp;Costco #429 Fleet Restroom- San Juan Capistrano, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;Convert an existing portion of the Mechanical Room to a single unisex restroom. Restroom access will be from the outside only, through the existing CMU wall in the landscaping bed. A new concrete door landing and sidewalk will also be constructed. New walls will be Fiberock wet-board and FRP on the inside, with a 14ga security barrier and drywall on the other side. Ceiling is to be a hardlid below with metal decking above. Walls and ceiling insulated, steel angles to wrap the new CMU door opening. All new doors/frame/hardware, as well as all new plumbing/HVAC/electrical fixtures and restroom accessories.

Bids due: 3/4/25 at 10AM.

Please submit all RFI&#39;s and proposals to estimating@harveyusa.com.
