We are updating our= Subscriber Agreement.

These updates include adding Hulu, so that th= e terms of use for each of our streaming services and bundles are all in on= e place. If you don=E2=80=99t have a Hulu subscription, some of these terms= may not be relevant to you. Future notices may come in a single, combined = email, whether you subscribe to Disney+, ESPN+, or Hulu (or some combinatio= n of them).

These terms will apply as of January = 27, 2025 for new subscribers. For prior and existing subscribers, = like you, these terms will be effective beginning on March&nb= sp;24, 2025, unless you acknowledge an in-app notice of these chan= ges earlier. Until then, the terms of our prior Subscriber Agreement apply to your Disne= y+ or ESPN+ subscription.

We encourage you = to review the updated Subscriber Agreement in full and save a copy for your files.
