								Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #677 Fleet Restroom- Burbank, CA.

Scope of Work: New interior fleet restroom. Demo is to sawcut a new opening into the CMU wall for the new door from the outside into the new fleet restroom. Demo existing janitor&#39;s closet and part of existing scrubber pit. Build new walls for new restroom. Install steel lintels at new opening. Adjust scrubber pit area for new configuration. Pour new concrete ramp with landing to meet new fleet restroom door. We will need a handrail at the ramp for ADA. Connect electrical and plumbing. Install new exhaust fan.

Bids due: 12/23/24 at 10:00AM

Please submit all RFI&#39;s and proposals to estimating@harveyusa.com.
