Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #748 Pharmacy Remodel- Cypress, CA.&nbsp;

Scope of Work:&nbsp;Expand Costco&rsquo;s existing Pharmacy. Convert Rx restroom to storage. Remove double egress door, infill CMU wall, build new Professional Services Room in front of infill. Rx will expand the single Consultation window to two Consultation windows. New overhead security shutter door. New ACT and metal decking at expanded areas only. New 2x4 light fixtures at expanded areas only; salvage some lights per architectural RCP. This is a 2-phased job with 100 LF of 10&rsquo; tall temporary walls (drywall both sides, no finishing) and 50 LF of relocated existing casework counters/lowers. ALL NIGHT WORK.

Bids due: 2/14/25 at 10AM.
