Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #1202 Locker Room Mezzanine- Torrance, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;Demolition and reconstruction of the 1st floor Locker Room with a new Locker Room and Private Office above on the new mezzanine level. Walls and mezzanine floor will be built with metal stud framing (6&rdquo; walls 1st floor, 3-5/8&rdquo; walls on 2nd floor), stair to be steel and concrete. New structural steel HSS columns will have concrete pad footings with pocket form isolators to support the mezzanine. Shear plywood on the perimeter walls on 1st level only. ACT on the first floor only, mezzanine Locker Room and Private Office are open to structure. Mezzanine walls go to top chord of existing bar joists with deflection track. Polish slab on first floor, SVT flooring at mezzanine. New light fixtures on both floors. Re-duct existing HVAC RTU for mezzanine Locker Room and Office, new HVAC split system for ground level Locker Room. New sinks and casework for both Locker Rooms. Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm systems to be upgraded to service the new layout.
