Demo will require sawcutting and breakout of existing asphalt at new walk-off pad area, sawcutting of CMU wall for new door opening to fleet restroom, and demo of a portion of the adjacent hearing aid center low wall and casework. New fleet restroom to be built in metal stud with a sheet metal security barrier at perimeter walls and metal decking at the lid. Fleet restroom to receive full height FRP with painted walls, cart rail, and FRP wall protection on the warehouse side. Associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.
