								Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #688 Fleet Restroom- Bakersfield, CA.&nbsp;

Scope of Work: This project includes the construction of a new interior single-occupant fleet restroom inside the main Costco warehouse adjacent to the hearing aid center. Demo will require sawcutting and breakout of existing asphalt at new walk-off pad area, sawcutting of CMU wall for new door opening to fleet restroom, and demo of a portion of the adjacent hearing aid center low wall and casework. New fleet restroom to be built in metal stud with a sheet metal security barrier at perimeter walls and metal decking at the lid. Fleet restroom to receive full height FRP with painted walls, cart rail, and FRP wall protection on the warehouse side. Associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. Fleet restroom to receive a sprinkler drop and fire alarm tied into main building system per NRG specifications and local code.

Bids due: 1/9/25 at 10AM.
