This is a Homekey project consisting of the adaptive reuse of an existing assisted living
facility into interim housing for seniors experiencing Homelessness. Existing employee break room and existing common area space are to be changed to&nbsp;build four additional offices.&nbsp;Install PTAC units in all first floor units. Exterior scope includes removal of four unit specific balconies to be replaced by windows,
and the patch, repair and painting of exterior stucco, doors, and railings.&nbsp;New paint and LTV flooring throughout.&nbsp;Replace the roof. Upgrading the elevator

Special Notes: Project is prevailing wage.
