Construct new fleet restroom with metal stud framing and drywall, metal decking and hardlid at the ceiling, sheet metal security barrier in walls, with FRP full height on the inside of the restroom and painted walls on the tire center side. Steel angle supports at new door opening per structural. Associated mechanical/electrical/plumbing. Provide new sprinkler drop in restroom per local requirements, deferred submittal – tie into existing system.
