								Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #638 Fleet Restroom- La Quinta, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;New single occupant restroom inside existing tire center. Demo to include sawcutting for new door opening in existing CMU wall and sawcutting for new underground waste connection likely to be in parking lot/drive-aisle (asphalt). Replace existing concrete sidewalk, truncated domes, and asphalt as needed. Pourback smooth concrete transition at new door opening. Construct new fleet restroom with metal stud framing and drywall, metal decking and hardlid at the ceiling, sheet metal security barrier in walls, with FRP full height on the inside of the restroom and painted walls on the tire center side. Steel angle supports at new door opening per structural. Associated mechanical/electrical/plumbing. Provide new sprinkler drop in restroom per local requirements, deferred submittal &ndash; tie into existing system. Fire alarm should only require an affidavit as this warehouse has no existing alarm system.

Bids due: 12/23/24 at 10AM.
