								Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #679 Fleet Restroom- City of Industry, CA.

Scope of Work: This project will add a new fleet restroom with exterior entry only at the receiving area in the back of the warehouse. Demo is to sawcut a new opening into the CMU wall for the new door from the outside into the new fleet restroom, which is to be located adjacent to the electrical room and receiving desk. Fleet restroom is to be built in metal stud with a sheet metal security barrier at all interior walls and metal decking at the lid. The inside of the new fleet restroom will receive FRP full height, sealed concrete, rubber base, new restroom accessories and fixtures, and painted hard-lid ceiling. Restroom to be equipped with an exhaust fan requiring a dektite at the roof deck. Plumbing and electrical to tie into existing. Fire sprinklers to be deferred submittal. New walk-off concrete pad at the exterior and extend concrete curb at interior perimeter walls to match existing at adjacent BOH facilities.

Bids due: 12/20/24 at 10:00AM.
