								Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on Costco #401 Fleet Restroom- San Diego, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;This project will include construction of a new single-occupant fleet restroom adjacent to the existing Costco warehouse near the receiving dock. Construction will include a new sealed concrete building pad with vertical insulated metal wall panels by SPAN and new single-ply membrane roofing. Interior of the restroom unit to receive new restroom accessories and fixtures, FRP full height, and painted hardlid ceiling. Water and waste to be tied in nearby. Power to be pulled from an existing electrical panel inside (pending RFI for additional information). Restroom to receive new exhaust fan. Fire sprinklers and fire alarms per NRG specifications and local code.

Bids due: 11/8/24 at 10:00AM.

Please submit all RFI&#39;s and proposals to estimating@harveyusa.com.
