Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on project&nbsp;Costco #762 Fleet Restroom - Lancaster, CA.

Scope of Work: New interior fleet restroom. Demo is to sawcut a new opening into the CMU wall for the new door from the outside into the new fleet restroom. Demo existing janitor&#39;s closet and part of existing scrubber pit. Build new walls for new restroom. Install steel lintels at new opening. Adjust scrubber pit area for new configuration. Sawcut, breakout and remove existing asphalt/concrete for new landing. Pour new concrete for the new landing. Connect electrical and plumbing. Install new exhaust fan.
