Scope of Work: Build new single unisex restroom in parking lot with exterior access only. Existing landscaping planter will be cut-back to allow for the new restroom and path of travel. New floor to be concrete, existing parking lot is asphalt. New walls will be in metal stud with Fiberock wet-board and FRP on the inside, with Span paneling on the exterior side.
