								Entire suite need to be demo, safe off, install new carpet tile, ceramic tile, new LVT installed with an adhesive of 99% or higher RH level and include moisture testing on ground floor, new custom millwork to be grained matched and PVC edges, laminate countertops, new drywall, framing, all new wood doors/frames and hardware, conduit for electrified card readers, new glazing, new acoustic ceiling and T-bar, paint, electrical to include title 24 upgrades and commissioning, new outlets at 18&rdquo; AFF including relocating existing, new LED exit signs, door closures, new plumbing for breakrooms, new water lines for ice mater, refrigerator, and water dispensers, new mechanical upgrades, mechanical grills, sounds boots, and modification to include controls, certified third party air balance. Fire Life Safety is Design Build &ndash; General Contractor and General Contractors fire sprinkler and fire alarm contractor are responsible for walking the space, field verifying the site ag
ainst the plans and determining what work is required. The General Contractor and the sub-contractor are responsible for all cost related to system modification, relocation of all piping, sprinkler heads, devices and newly installed or relocated items, the plans, the permit cost, the design and work necessary. Note required building contractors&rsquo; information is noted on the plan cover sheet; bonded roofer &ndash; Roofing Standards, HVAC controls - Sunbelt Controls, Fire Alarm - Johnson Controls.
