Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on&nbsp;Costco #491 Fleet Restroom- Temecula, CA.

Scope of Work:&nbsp;This project is the addition of a new fleet restroom at the exterior of the existing Costco warehouse. This restroom will set on a new graded concrete pad adjacent to the receiving entrance at the rear of the building. The unit will be constructed with prefabricated insulated metal wall panels (provided by Span, installed by others), interior framing, and a single-ply membrane roof over metal decking. Unit will pull power, water, and waste from existing inside the building. Unit will be equipped with a sprinkler drop per NRG specifications and local code, pulling from the existing sprinkler system inside the main warehouse. Associated mechanical/electrical/plumbing work.

Bids due: 11/15/24 at 10:00AM.
