My name is David Reagan of Reagan Homes.  We've been building custom homes for over 30 years in Mystic, CT.  We also team up with contractors throughout the country to help them do their own land development deals and build custom homes.

We have a group of contractors that meet on Tuesdays at 7 pm EST via a weekly zoom call.  Some just listen in and learn while others are talking with me about their own deals and opportunities in their market. Sometimes we even partner up on deals.

One of the guys we work with just profited over $100k on his first deal.  Another secured their first land option without putting up any of his money.  We just closed on a $10 million subdivision where he will net at least $1 million on the land alone.
